operating duty:
1. Responsible for setting up the project team, starting the project approval meeting, and formulating the project implementation plan;
2. Organize and assign the work of project team members, implement specific tasks, and lead the team to propose solutions for important problems;
3. Coordinate the information and resources among different departments to achieve the project schedule;
4. Responsible for importing customer requirements into internal project management, and timely feedback information to customers;
5. Responsible for project schedule management, cost control, quality control and risk management;
6. Responsible for internal and external project document collection, sorting and filing;
7. Responsible for organizing stage review and decision-making related to the project;
8. Regularly summarize and report the overall progress of the project;
9. Responsible for project closure (project experience summary, project handover).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or management;
2. At least 3 years project management experience;
3. Familiar with R & D process, product development process and quality control process;
4. Familiar with the basic knowledge of engineering, material and quality;
5. Master the knowledge of project management and have strong project management ability;
6. Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
7. Multi project parallel management experience is preferred;
8. PMP certificate is preferred.
